*By booking your appointment and adding your credit card info, you're AUTOMATICALLY accepting the Cancelation/No Show/Lateness Policy, which means you agree to pay the fee if it applies to you. The Policy applies to the first time and any future bookings under your name, including touch-ups, that are normally booked by the artist on the day of the main service. 

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, change the service chosen or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice. Any canceling, rescheduling or alteration made less than 72 hours from the time of your appointment will result in a cancelation fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you.

The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. The fees will be charged to your card on file.
